Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping (US): $10.00 - Estimated delivery 3-7 business days
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50

International Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available - please contact us for details.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:
PostureForm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials.
